Is this a timeshare?

No. This is not a timeshare purchase. Guests are offered discounted travel accommodations in exchange for attending a live online travel presentation. There is no obligation to purchase anything during or after the presentation.

Why is there a presentation?

The presentation allows our travel partners to share additional discounted travel options and membership opportunities. In exchange for attending, guests receive access to significantly reduced vacation accommodations and may qualify for bonus travel incentives.

How long is the presentation?

The online presentation typically lasts 90–120 minutes and must be attended in full to remain eligible for discounted travel and bonus gifting.

How does the vacation process work?

  2. Secure your reservation with a one-time registration
  3. Attend the online travel presentation
  4. Select your travel dates within the allowed booking window
  5. Pay applicable resort or hotel taxes at booking
  6. Enjoy your vacation

What is included in my vacation package?

What costs am I responsible for?

Guests are responsible for resort or hotel taxes and fees at the time of booking, transportation (airfare, rental car, etc.), and attending the online presentation. Taxes typically range from $35–$90 per night depending on destination and package.

What is the Save-the-Date credit?

Some packages include a Save-the-Date credit ranging from $100–$300 that may be applied toward applicable resort or hotel taxes at booking. Credit amounts vary by package and destination and have no cash value.

How does Bonus Gifting work?

Bonus vacations are optional promotional incentives offered with qualifying packages. Guests may select multiple standard bonus vacations. Only one (1) Exotic Bonus Vacation may be selected and is available only on packages over $798. Bonus travel requires separate booking and applicable taxes. Are there blackout dates?

Yes. Travel is subject to availability, seasonal demand, and blackout dates, especially during holidays and peak travel periods. Early booking is strongly recommended.

How far in advance do I need to book my travel dates?

Travel dates must typically be requested at least 30 days in advance. Some destinations may require additional lead time.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes. Most packages allow guests. Guest eligibility, age requirements, and additional fees may apply depending on destination and promotion.

Is airfare included?

No. Airfare and transportation are not included unless explicitly stated in writing.

What happens if I don’t attend the presentation?

Failure to attend or complete the presentation may result in loss of promotional pricing, ineligibility for bonus gifting, or forfeiture of the vacation offer. Attendance is a required condition of the discounted travel program.

Are refunds available?

All purchases are subject to the Terms & Conditions. Due to the promotional nature of discounted travel inventory, registrations are generally non-refundable once processed unless otherwise stated in writing.

Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?

This is a one-time registration only. There are no recurring fees associated with the initial vacation package.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, compliant payment systems. Guests may also choose to pay securely by phone with a live travel representative.
